Great customer service for amateur snow boarder
My girlfriend and I went to the Ski Barn to rent a ski package for her on 2/27/16 and the folks that took care of us were awesome. Mike was so nice and helpful with my girlfriends questions and he took care of every question and concern that she had. Sarah also took care of her questions and needs concerning layering apparel to stay warm and comfortable. Their rates and prices were better than snowshoe as well. Both of them were great, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The customer service there is much better than Snowshoe also. Sarah and Mike are an asset to that store, but then everyone we talked to there were nice as well. Great place for your ski needs!
Reserve your skis online if you can, but if not they will still get you in and out asap. It took me less than 5 minutes to try on my boots and check out. Then I dropped them off on the way out of town, which took me less than 60 seconds and I was out the door. Definitely recommend renting from here
cool spot for ski rental and accessories
The staff were very helpful and nice. We were picking through the end of season stuff, but we still found a decent selection of coats. Now we've loaded up the whole family with equipment for next year at half the cost!
