We make it to Snowshoe just about twice a year. For the past 4 years we have rented from First Tracts Real Estate and have nothing but great things to say. Great customer service, and great rental units. They have a wide variety of units available. Whether it's a studio unit for two, or a big house for 18. Our favorite is the Black Bear Crossing Town homes. Excellent location, right on the slopes. They can easily accommodate our big (17 person) groups. We have many friends that use FT Real Estate now, and we'll continue to spread the good word. Keep up the great work and we'll see you in a couple months!
First Tracts should be your ONLY rental company in Snowshoe. They have a great selection of homes through out the mountain, but Black Bear is certainly the best spot. We have been renting from them since 2010 and have never been disappointed. Every place is very accommodating and ready for the whole family. Make it a point to stop by their office. You will be greeted by the best office manager (April) and there is always a cocktail waiting for you with fresh popcorn and comfortable couches with a big screen if you want to hang out for a bit.
Nice place to stay. Off the mountain but close enough. Good value and nice people to deal with. Free popcorn!
